Project overview

Justice for Drivers is a company operating in the drivers’ compensation claims niche, where the goal is to reach affected drivers, build awareness, and generate qualified leads for legal support. Due to the competitive nature of this market, campaigns need to be highly targeted, educational, and trust-building.

Business Audit

When we reviewed their campaigns before optimization, we found several issues:

Limited Reach: Campaigns were underperforming in awareness, resulting in fewer impressions and low visibility.

Weak Engagement Funnel: Campaigns lacked a structured sequence to move users from awareness → engagement → lead capture.

High Budget Allocation but Low ROI: Some campaigns were consuming budget without proportional returns on leads.

Unbalanced Ad Set Testing: Limited A/B testing of creative variations and ad placements reduced overall efficiency.

Our Unique Strategy

To overcome these challenges, we designed a funnel-based ad strategy:

Awareness Building

Launched a New Awareness Campaign (AMPLIFY) to maximize visibility and reach drivers at scale.

Optimized creatives with relatable pain points (accident aftermath, insurance delays, rights awareness).

Engagement Campaigns

Added a Page Like Campaign to build community trust and credibility by increasing social proof.

Retargeted users who engaged with awareness ads.

Lead Generation

Introduced CBO Instant Form Campaigns for quick lead capture with a larger $250 budget allocation.

Ran Broad Landing Page Lead Campaigns for drivers who prefer detailed claim information before signing up.

Added Lander ABO Campaigns to test website conversions.

Budget Efficiency

Balanced budget distribution: Awareness ($50 daily) for top-of-funnel, Lead forms ($250 daily) for conversions.

Paused underperforming campaigns to prevent spend leakage.

Final Results
Before Optimization (Earlier Month Snapshot)

Campaigns were scattered and not delivering consistent lead flow.

Ad spend was spread thin, with limited measurable leads.

Engagement and community growth were minimal.

After Optimization (July 2025 Snapshot)

Awareness Boost:

New Awareness Campaign (AMPLIFY) reached 33,326 people with 37,594 impressions, at a cost of just $88.47 – highly cost-effective.

Engagement Growth:

Page Like Campaign generated 156 new likes for $87.68, building credibility and long-term engagement.

Lead Generation Results:

CBO Instant Form Campaign: 5 meta leads at $137.96.

Landing Page Campaign: 2 website leads at $135.99.

Lander ABO Campaign: 1 website lead at $352.94 (higher cost, but testing helped identify weaker funnels).

Conclusion

In just two months, Justice for Drivers’ ad campaigns shifted from unstructured spending to a strategic funnel approach. With the introduction of awareness, engagement, and lead-generation campaigns, the company achieved:

A massive boost in reach and visibility at minimal cost.

Improved social proof and community growth through engagement campaigns.
